Kevin and I took a trip to Nashville! We had so much great food, and had a very enjoyable trip overall. We kept a list of all of the restaurants and foods we tried, and rated them to have for future reference! Red-Headed Stranger 5/5 This was on Diners, Drive-ins, & Dives, so we decided to give it a try. I HIGHLY recommend going if you're ever in the Nashville area! The homemade crunch wraps are amazing, and the green chili cheeseburger is also really good! Click "Read More" to see the rest of the trip! Crema Coffee No rating really, solid coffee shop but nothing super unique. Five Daughters Bakery 4/5 This bakery is on like every recommendation list I saw. I’ve been twice now. It’s good, but overrated. I’d say to go on a weekday because it’s less crowded then. Weekend lines can be loooong and I don’t think it’s worth the wait. We got the lavender blueberry cronut. Wanna Spoon 3/5 We popped in here spontaneously and got a cereal milk latte and an affogato. They were enjoyable, but I’ve had better in OKC! They also have tons of cereals you can choose from, and it’s cute inside. Fox Bar 3/5 This bar is my kind of vibe. I had one really good cocktail and one that was literally the worst cocktail I’ve ever had (it was something banana flavored). So I rated it in the middle! Husk 4/5 This restaurant was very good. I’d recommend the ham appetizer with razzmatazz grapes! Proper Bagel 4/5 Kevin got the lox bagel and loved it - he said it was authentic NY style. That was what earned this place 4/5. I wasn’t feeling well and just ordered peanut butter banana toast, and they gave me this massive monstrosity with bacon and marshmallow, plus peanut butter and two whole bananas. It was good but not what I wanted with an upset stomach! Haha Folk 4/5 Kevin got a clam pizza and it was good. My margherita one was much better, we agreed! I’d recommend the hot honey too! White Limozeen at the Graduate 5/5 This is a Dolly Parton-themed rooftop bar with indoor and outdoor seating. The vibe is kitschy Nashville, lots of velvet, Dolly portraits, & pink. It’s very cute and girly! We were literally in a room with 5 bachelorette parties (all of which had a bride in white & the bridesmaids in all pink). And there I was in all black. Kevin got a picture of me taking a photo for one group - I definitely stood out. We only got drinks, but they serve food too. I was surprised how good the cocktails were - I wasn’t expecting much! I recommend the espresso martini, and I think the other one I liked was called a Lazy Boy maybe? The Grilled Cheeserie 1/5 I ordered this to go when I was sick. It was on a lot of recommendation lists too. They got my order wrong, and the sandwich I got was essentially melted cheese with tomatoes on toast, not an actual grilled cheese. Soup wasn’t very good either. Yeast 3/5 They have lots of different flavors of Kolaches. We ordered 3 - They were okay. Earnest 8/5 This was by far my favorite meal we had. I should've gotten a photo. We have talked about the hot chicken and Mac multiple times since coming home! As far as non-food activities, here are some of the other things we did:
