Afterwards, we went to the Roasterie for a free tour. We learned a lot about coffee growing, the history behind coffee farming, & the brewing & roasting processes. It was really interesting, & we really enjoyed it! At the end, they brewed the same coffee two different ways, & we got to see what a difference preparation makes.
We went by the International House of Prayer, which is a 24/7 place of worship. We went during an intercession time, where there was a small group of people leading prayer, Scripture reading, & songs. The service was very casual, with people encouraged to do what they felt called to do - writing, walking the aisles, singing, etc. Then we headed back for bed.
