To start out the celebrations, Mackenzie went to Duncan with us for a weekend. My in-laws took us out to Mount Scott so I could take some photos for my graduation announcements. Right as we got to the top of the mountain, it started pouring down rain, so we had to jump in & out of the car during dry moments. But the pictures turned out really pretty (Not trying to brag - I just love cloudy skies, & my outfit accidentally matched the scenery!) & Mackenzie was a great photography assistant! Plus, we went shopping with my mother-in-law afterwards & found some fun things for Mackenzie's upcoming wedding!
My graduation announcements & cap & gown also came in, but still, it didn't quite feel like I was graduating.
The weekend before graduation, we went back to Duncan, & my in-laws had a graduation dinner for me. My mother-in-law & aunt-in-law decorated everything, & it all looked so cute! I especially loved the mantle.
I'm still at that weird point where I occasionally check to make sure I don't have anything due. Maybe eventually I'll realize I'm really done & find a hobby or something to use up all that free time that used to be filled with classes!
