The first photo is actually on one of our flights to Florida. Our pilot was retiring, & we were on his last flight ever! There were several firetrucks waiting on the ground to spray the plane as a "salute" to the pilot. The co-pilot said he'd only seen the salute twice in his entire career, so we were lucky to witness it!
The second photo is one of the most gorgeous sunsets I've ever seen in my life. It was during one of our trips, on the last night we were there for the week, & just behind the house we were staying in. It truly makes you thankful for everything God has created.
This section also has several beach photos, & photos of exploration of Orlando & my friend Colleen's hometown area. There are so many fun things to do in Florida!
In Hogsmeade, you can explore Hogwarts, get sweets at Honeydukes, see Hagrid's Hut, eat at the Three Broomsticks, & much more.
There is also a large supply of Butterbeer (frozen, regular, & even hot) on both sides of the parks. You can ride the Hogwarts Express between the two sides, & the ride is different each way.
In Diagon Alley, you can try on robes at Madam Malkin's, explore the shops, sit on Sirius's motorcycle, go through Gringott's, buy jokes at Weasley's Wizard Wheezes, eat THE ACTUAL BEST ICE CREAM at Florean Fortescue's, & have a meal at the Leaky Cauldron. You can also venture into Knockturn Alley, & explore London, where you'll see King's Cross (& go through Platform 9 & 3/4!), meet the Knight Bus conductor & the shrunken head, & see Kreacher at Sirius Black's house.
The second time, Laker, Alex, Halli, & I stopped at the Marriott Marquis in December 2015 on the way to Florida. That particular hotel is where several scenes from the Hunger Games movies were filmed, so we had fun exploring!
